Do Quy Toan, or Vuong Huu Bot (pen
name), born on June 15, 1939 in Bac-Ninh (North Viet Nam), former professor
at University of Quebec in Canada. Do Quy Toan is the Editor-in-chief of the
monthly The Ky 21 published in California, US.
